KLAY is looking for an experienced and mature HR Ops specialist with good experience in managing India HR Operations for a medium sized organisation (2000-5000 employee strength). The position will report to the Manager – HR Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations

  • Managing & completing Joining Formalities for selected candidates.
  • Creating database on Oracle-HRMS
  • Coordinating and sharing new hire payroll inputs.
  • Background Verification (BGV) Pre & Post Joining
  • Vendor Management & Employee Benefits Administration
  • Handling queries, Grievance Management & Redressal
  • Handling the complete Exit Process
  • Ensuring implementation of all existing HR policies procedures and processes & the teams adherence to the same; making recommendations for changes in the above in line with best industry practices & best places to work
Records & Reports

  • Maintain all relevant Employees Records including performing an HR Audit of existing records 
  • Creating management reports for all relevant aspects of the HR on boarding Function
HR Compliance

  • ESIC TIC & PF Withdrawal (Online)
  • File Return of Bonus, LWF, Child Labor Act, Maternity, Payment of Wages, Min Wage return
  • Compliance Monthly Report
  • PF & ESIC, PT, WPS Return
  • Registration of ESIC, PT & LWF
Qualifications Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4 years’ preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Team work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Experience in working on tasks individually.
  • Ability to work in virtual team environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
