Cluster Operations Manager(Corporate/Retail)

Locations: Mumbai & NCR

Reporting to : Regional Operations Manager

Educational Qulaifications : Graduate is a must, Master’s degree(preferred)

Experience : 6-8 years managing operations of multiple centres in education / retail / hospitality is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in customer service / client servicing background can also be considered.


To manage all centres’ operations which includes staff, parents, vendors. Responsible for Profitability of the Centre.

Main Responsibilities

Under minimal direction, she/he will be responsible for managing the overall OPERATIONS of the CENTRES assigned in the city. Centre Directors / Managers of each assigned centre will report to this position.

  • Responsible for operational readiness of NEW centre roll-out. 
  • Responsible for operational efficiency & service delivery
  • First point of contact for escalation from parents (customers)
  • Accountable for the Quality & Service consistency of the cluster
  • Coach the centre heads for individual development & quality of centre leadership
  • Accountable for staff efficiency at centre level & overall retention rate of the cluster
  • Co-Own revenue targets of cluster with business team
